But in the recent years, many of the religious leaders have put in efforts to make Yoga accessible to common man. Since 2015, June 21st is celebrated as “International Yoga Day”.  Since the inception of International Yoga Day, there are thousands of people coming in from many countries to this festival of wellness and health and experiencing the style of the yoga and imparting the practices in their day – to – day lives.

The yoga meditation tour focuses on uniting the Mind, Body & Spirit, which helps in understanding yourself in a better manner and connecting with your inner-self. This tour teaches you the different forms of yoga, the different Asanaas and their importance and impact on the body. 



The tour is designed to suit all the enthusiasts who have a passion towards learning yoga the right way and to those who are also new to yoga. This tour focuses on imparting the best practical as well as theoretical knowledge of the different forms of yoga and meditation.

Day 01: Arrive Delhi

Arrive in Delhi, The capital of India 

Meet and greet by our representative 

Transfer to hotel for overnight stay.


Morning free. 

By noon, proceed for optional spiritual tour of Delhi.

Visit Gurudwara Bangla Sahib.

Visit Birla Mandir

Later visit Jama Masjid. 

By evening return back to hotel, have dinner and overnight stay. 


Proceed to Delhi Airport to board the flight to Dehradun. 

On arrival in Dehradun, meet & greet by our representative. 

Drive to Uttarkashi. 

Arrive in Uttarkashi and check into the resort. 

Leisure in evening, have dinner and overnight stay.


In the morning indulge in a Chanting and mediation session. 

Later have tea and start with practicing different Yoga-asanas. 

Learn and practice Hatha Yoga.

Engage in a session of learning about yogic food. 

By evening witness and participate in the Aarti on the bank of Bhagirathi. 

Have dinner and overnight stay. 


In the morning indulge in a Chanting and mediation session. 

Later have tea and start with practicing different Yoga-asanas (Ashtanga Yoga) 

Learn and practice Pranayama & Meditation.

By midday proceed to Uttarkashi Town visit

Visit Vishwanath temple, Shakti Temple

Engage in another session of Ashtaga Yoga 

By evening witness the Aarti on the bank of River Ganga. 

Have dinner and overnight stay. 

Day 06: Uttarkashi

In the morning, engage in a laughter yoga session guided by the yoga teacher 

Midday session will include Asana, Pranayama & Savasana Practice as well as the theory

In the evening have a meditation session and relax. 

Evening attend the Aarti for river Ganga. 

Have dinner and overnight stay


Indulge in a nature walk and Bird watching session.

Meet the villagers in their houses or fields and interact with them.

Back to resort for Tea, and engage in Chanting session. 

Midday practice all the Yoga Asanaas & Pranayama.

By evening Meditation and Ganga Aarti.

Overnight stay 


This morning after refreshment & breakfast, drive to Rishikesh. 

Moring after refreshment, drive to Rishikesh, Check into hotel.

Back to hotel & Overnight stay.


Moring after refreshment & breakfast, proceed to airport to board the flight to Delhi

On arrival in Delhi, meet and greet by our representative and drive to Agra. 

On arrival in Agra, check into hotel and relax for the day. 


Morning visit to Taj Mahal

Breakfast at hotel, Check out and proceed to Agra fort Visit. 

Agra Fort Sightseeing. 

Transfer to Delhi Airport 

Board the flight to your hometown with cherished memories and new healthy practices.
